Shelby AC COBRA Bleue
Description of the artwork:
Stainless steel base, polished solid aluminum wheels. Body made of painted steel plates.
"A collaboration between the American firm Shelby and the British manufacturer AC, the Shelby AC Cobra is one of the most iconic automobiles of the 1960s. Its performance quickly earned it a reputation in numerous races around the globe in the GT category.
Its rounded lines and front fascia grant it favor with the public. To this day, it remains one of the most replicated cars in the world. This interpretation is based on stainless steel tubes.
They form a honeycomb and make the car disappear when viewed head-on while retaining the overall morphology of the automobile otherwise. My approach to this technique differs from the treatment based on blades. It aligns with the rest of my work in the pursuit of maximum transparency."
