What is a cookie and what is it used for?
A cookie (or connection witness) is a text file that may be saved, subject to your choices, in a dedicated space on the hard drive of your terminal (computer, tablet, etc.) when accessing an online service through your browsing software.
It is transmitted by a website's server to your browser. Each cookie is assigned an anonymous identifier. The cookie file allows its issuer to identify the terminal in which it is stored for the duration of the validity or registration of the respective cookie.

In Internet Explorer

In Firefox

- Select the Privacy panel.
- Set Retention Rules: use custom settings for history.
- Uncheck Accept cookies.
In Chrome
- Click on the wrench icon located in the browser's toolbar.
- Select Settings.
- Click on Show advanced settings.
- In the Privacy section, click on Content settings.
- In the Cookies section, you can block cookies and third-party site data.
In Safari
- Go to Settings > Preferences.
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- In the Block cookies section, check the always box.
Social Media Sharing Cookies
On certain pages of the site, there are buttons or third-party social media modules that allow you to use the functionalities of these networks, especially to share content present on the site with other individuals.
When you visit a web page that contains one of these buttons or modules, your browser may send information to the social network, which can then associate this view with your profile.
Cookies from social networks, over which we have no control, may then be stored in your browser by these networks. Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. This is for your convenience so that you do not have to enter this information again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Storage Durations of Your Data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This allows for recognizing and automatically approving subsequent comments instead of holding them in the moderation queue.
